the problem with grape juice is the pasturising is only designed to

kill live yeast and not yeast spores

here in australia i add water to the juice and bring it to a boil

which seems to kill the spores and not too much of the wanted food

value is destroyed, vitamin c is suprisingly tolerant of being

brought to a boil for instance

i see from the walshes website that they can add fdc red number 40

which a paricularly allergenic colouring, presumably to the red grape

juices

apples like a lot of fruits these days are no longer real, you have

to have eaten an old variety apple grown non commercially to know

what a real apple is

starvation in the midst of plenty is the new paradigm
