Guest guest Posted May 1, 2006 Report Share Posted May 1, 2006 the problem with grape juice is the pasturising is only designed to kill live yeast and not yeast spores here in australia i add water to the juice and bring it to a boil which seems to kill the spores and not too much of the wanted food value is destroyed, vitamin c is suprisingly tolerant of being brought to a boil for instance i see from the walshes website that they can add fdc red number 40 which a paricularly allergenic colouring, presumably to the red grape juices apples like a lot of fruits these days are no longer real, you have to have eaten an old variety apple grown non commercially to know what a real apple is starvation in the midst of plenty is the new paradigm > > I called them and the TREE TOP company and told them the seriousness of our situation and it's health consequences if they lied and the lady swore to God that the Not From Concentrate Apple Juice had no added sugars...it was just apples.
