You'll probably want to keep this book!... I've made notes in mine... there are

recipes... it's pretty comprehensive.

It only took about a week to get the book from Developmental Delay Resources.

I think you will find the book helpful for bipolar. Her book focuses mainly

on psychological issues related to damaged guts. But you could check with your

library and order through them so you could read it for free. It's a great

book. You can also have a consult session with the Doc on the phone.
