My duaghter and I did it for 10 days but we had seriously injured

intestines and confirmed Celiac Disease. She is also autistic and

healing for the first time. We couldn't digest much else other than

intro.

But my husband and son didn't have the same problem. They where able

to tolerate most of the foods right away. But we all cut back the

honey and still watered dwon the juices. Welche's certain jujices

(SCD safe or not) and certain vinegars (other than white distiled) did

not work for us. It seemed to cause the yeast to come back.

We all are individual cases here. So my suggestion would be to go

slow introducing new foods, take heed to suggestion on Pecan Bread

where it talks about stages. Stay away from advanced foods for a few

months and enjoy this way of eating the best way you can.

We are having much success, best wishes and good luck!

I think 3 days is fine! Go slow adding foods though and make sure to cook

and peel fruits.

Subject: How long intro...ANYONE? PLEASE....

I just wanted some advice on how long to do it. This is day 3 and he

is REALLY whining and upset about his food choices today.

I just wondered though what the consensus was about how long to do the

intro. We didn't start out with diarrhea. Stools are fine.

Please anyone have advice?

Laurie
