How long intro...ANYONE? PLEASE....

I just wanted some advice on how long to do it. This is day 3 and he

is REALLY whining and upset about his food choices today.

I just wondered though what the consensus was about how long to do the

intro. We didn't start out with diarrhea. Stools are fine.

Please anyone have advice?
