Guest guest
BBQ style Chicken Wings I've never made them, but I think I will someday! They sound yummy. Happy cooking and finger licking! Colby SCD 2 months celiac Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book 1 ½ pounds chicken wings (about 8) ½ cup catsup (use homemade SCD catsup) ¼ cup finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon honey 1 Tablespoon vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced Rinse chicken; pat dry. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing at joint to make 2 sections. (You may be able to find drummettes already cut.) Place the wing pieces in a single layer in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake in a 375 F oven for 20 minutes. Drain fat from baking pan. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients. Brush wings with sauce. Bake 10 minutes. Turn wings over, brush again with sauce.
