Hi Everyone///////

I've returned home from RutledgeLand with a 13lb in

4day loss (all water I'm sure). Had my surgery

on 7/26 at 11am. In the next days I will compile

my notes and thoughts and write a detailed description

Titled THE GOOD,THE BAD,AND THE UGLY. Actually

there was no ugly....but it makes for a great Title.

I feel super, have NOT gotten sick 1 time, and have

not taken one pain pill,vioxx etc. Anyone who

Hi Judi,

Glad to hear you made it home ok. I was at the support meeting yesterday,

but didn't get a chance to speak to you. You looked WONDERFUL! I wouldn't

have thought you had had major surgery a few days ago! I hope I look that

good by next weekend! Do you know how Margie is? Was she there yesterday?

Congratulations on making it safely to the other side!
