C'mon Guys: Let's start posting the Q and A from Saturday so that this good

information can

be shared.

Someone asked about Tums. Dr. R said that we take it post-op because calcium is

one of

the things that malabsorbtion affects, therefore between the Tums and the One

Source

vitamins we get more and we also take Tums because they are an antacid. I hadn't

been

taking them but will be picking some up today. He does want us to have these

long term.

Flo who's trying to share lots of good info with pre-ops and post-ops who didn't

have the

opportunity to spend two hours with Dr. R on Saturday.
