SIGN ME UP DOC! I do believe an Angel watches over me. First, I

found you. And now you have made it easier on your clients who are

self pay. I will be SELF-PAY. I am going to pick up my PCP support

letter tomorrow. I will be Express Mailing my packet to your office

tomorrow. I am not rich, and this cost savings will be greatly

appreciated. HOORAY! I can come to clinic on Tuesday and be at the

Ambulatory Surgery Center on Thursday.....any Thursday. You

name it. I have my blood test, so all I need is an EKG. It is soooo

wonderful to have a surgeon who ALWAYS has our best interest at

heart.
