Jody, we are only on week 3 of the diet (also the 4th attempt) and I

was wondering when do you suggest adding the nut flours? I use the

cashew butter muffins for his " peanut butter sandwich for school " ,

and some of the cookies for snacks, other than that we are

fairly " intro. "
