Guest guest
Jody, we are only on week 3 of the diet (also the 4th attempt) and I was wondering when do you suggest adding the nut flours? I use the cashew butter muffins for his " peanut butter sandwich for school " , and some of the cookies for snacks, other than that we are fairly " intro.
