Guest guest
I don't know if they are legal or not, but I thought when I looked them up that they were " essential " glyconutrients, meaning they were as simple as they can be - which I thought meant they are mono- sacharides. It is a fascinating subject. I also found on some website which veggies and fruits supply these and they site indicated that if you were healthy and digesting properly you should be able to get them all in your diet (which obviously we aren't in the beginning of SCD, but hopefully we will get there.). I didn't save the site, sorry. Good luck researching it, I would love to know if you try it, if it works. Guest guest
, Are you talking about Manatose? I remember that Elaine felt that they would also feed the bad bugs. She declared them to be illegal. Guest guest
---I copied it straight from the website so it is spelled mannose. It seems like it would be a good thing. I have a call in to a specialist and I will relay the info about whether or not it feeds yeast as soon as I find out. In pecanbread , " recoverymaze " wrote: > > , > > Are you talking about Manatose? Guest guest
Mimi- Thanks for the info. I had looked at this product for my son and it is tricky, because they call them very simple sugars and call them essential. I guess for us we will hope to heal our gut and get them from good SCD food (cheaper too!). Thanks! Colby SCD 2.5 months > > , > > Are you talking about Manatose?
