Hi! My husband and I both want to have the MGB and are waiting for

insurance approval. To cut the suspense we thought we'd ask if

anyone with Aetna - the PPO - has been approved. Nothing like

knowing your odds up front!

Thanks!

Hey, Suz! I am from Ok. and have Prudential(just bought by Aetna) and they

so far have approved 70% or " out-of network " . I am appealing! I know of

several people (post-op) who have had 100% paid so...it's worth a try

anyway!! You can also go to obesityhelp.com to the WLS web-site.Click on

Only a few have gone to Dr. R but is something to pass the time while you

wait and it will give you hope! Good luck ! You will both be in my prayers!

Ask about your " stop-loss " provision in your policy. That is the most

you should have to pay out of pocket, even if they say they are only

going to pay 70%.

Kind regards,
