Dave and Val and spouses are staying at the Fairfield and going to 1:00

clinic (hopefully). Dave had to go see the pulmonary specialist and she

wants to run tests on him before she will send a letter oking the surgury.

(Dr. R. wants this because a few years ago he had pulmonary emboli from a

vein in his leg). so......... hopefully, everything will go well. He has

already had two operation since then, gall bladder and knee operation and had

no problems. but, gotta do what ya gotta do. anyway, see everyone on the

9th. by the way, valarie has never flown before so we will have to hogtie

her to the seat in the airplane. Ruth in CT
