Guest guest
I use Tears Naturale Free from Alcon in a box of 60 vials. The vials are in packs of four and are easy to carry in pocket, purse or whatever. If my eyes feel really dry, I instill half of a each vial per eye. Otherwise, during the day, a small drop as needed works fine. After reading Dr. Nase's book, I recently tried Similisan No. 1 homeopathic eye drops. The drops felt cool and soothing, but whether they are superior to Tears Naturale, I don't know. I bought both products at Walgreens. By the way, is there something new, fun and illegal to do with eye drops that I'm unaware of? My neighborhood Walgreens is now locking nearly all eye drops (artificial tears, Visine, generic equivalents, homeopathics, etc.) in a plastic case and you gotta find a clerk for access. The Osco up the street does the same thing with razor blades. I suddenly feel old -- I can recall when razor blades and eye drops were freely available on the shelves and you had to go ask for condoms! Guest guest
Thanks to all of you who replied to my post. My son has a lazy eye and that is why we are going to the eye doc. He is very difficult to examine as he is terrified at the doctor when they try to touch him, so I may just say not to bother. It is a follow up visit and not a first one. Wish me luck. Guest guest
when i was a kid they just put a patch over the good eye for several weeks to force use of the lazy eye which seemed to work quite well but i think the root issue was astigmatism in the lazy eye for which i really needed glasses > > Thanks to all of you who replied to my post.
