hello, here is a delicous bread recipe. I was trying to make the brownies for

myself with lower carbs so I decreased the honey. What I came up with was a

mock wheat bread. Here is the recipe:

Mock Wheat Bread:

6 eggs

3/4 c peanut butter

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp baking soda

Mix all ingredients with a fork. Grease loaf pan. Bake on 350 for about

30-45 mins (it will rise and become golden to medium brown. Stick toothpick in

and when it comes out clean it is done) This is a wonderful, moist bread. Try

it! Christie

But on her web site she said if it gets brewed over 24 hours all the

better. So for me I'm safer than sorry.
