Guest guest
Hey All, Have you heard of umbeoshi plums?... they are salty, sour, and just a tad sweet tasting. I'm still trying to get different types of fermented food into his gut... Are they good for him? Agape,
Guest guest
Hi , I would assume that homemade umeboshi plums would be great. Guest guest
Hey Mimi, They aren't homemade... I think I ordered them from Grain and Salt Society... the ingredients are organic plums, organic shiso leaves. and sea salt. Guest guest
This post caught my interest. Are they safe? I am a little fearful to add fermented things after our unpaturized apple vinegar accident. Does it possibly have yeast. Or bifidus strains in it, that Elaine didn't want us to have. We are trying to avoid both. Thanks, Antoinette > Hi , > > I would assume that homemade umeboshi plums would be great. > > Mimi > > > > Hey All, > > Have you heard of umbeoshi plums?... they are salty, sour, and > just a > > tad sweet tasting. > > I'm still trying to get different types of fermented food into his > > gut... > > Are they good for him? > > Agape, > > > > > > > > > For information on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, please read the book _Breaking the Vicious Cycle_ by Elaine Gottschall and read the following websites: > http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info > and > http://www.pecanbread.com > > > > >
