Hi ,

I have a yogermet machine and love it. I did go ahead and get the

ProGurt starter and it has lasted forever. I thought it was pretty

expensive but has lasted 3+ now and I still have several batches

that will be able to be made from it. I make up at least a gal. of

goat milk a week sometimes more.

I am sure that the meyenberg goat milk is legal. I personaly

believe if you can eventually find raw milk it is best. Ask around.

Look around. Take a drive in the country. Manytimes if a farm has

goats they milk them and will sell you the milk. Of course you need

to be sure that they handle the milk properly and have healthy goats.
