Guest guest
I think it was who said they usally know in 48 hours, so I would call them after a couple of days. I waited 5 days but that was too long because they had already sent out my approval letter and that meant I worried for a couple of needless days. Please sign your name next time so we don't have to call you steague. Warmest Regards Marjory P.S. can everyone tell I sent my packet in LOL I have time to post now. > I got my copy of the insurance letter yesterday from Dr.R's office. > How long should I wait to start harrassing my Insurance company about > an answer? Guest guest
Call them now! and Call them tomorrow! Seriously, call and make sure they got the fax from Dr. R's office. That has been the biggest delay for most folks. They wait patiently to hear from the insurance comapny and when they finally get around to calling the insurance company...The insurance company claims it never got the fax. Call now! Just tell them you wan to confirm that they received the letter that Dr. R faxed to them on the 31st of July. Good Luck!
