I am sorry that dr said that to u but some people can be very thoughtless. I

am 290 and 5'6 my doctor told me to go on diet like him and eat a banana for

lunch. of course u know he never has been overweight. I told him ok i would

do it but then i want to see him at end of day so i could bite his head off

instead of my kids, sorry not going to be ugly to those i love just so i can

loose a pound not worth it if they hate your guts.lol. I also have had neck

and back surgery and the dr told me to loose weight after my neck surgery i

said doc didnt know my head was even gainin weight lol. got to keep a sense

of humor to deal with skinny people, which one day i will join lol ,
