Making popsicles with yoghurt

I was just wondering if the cultures say alive in the freezing

process? I want to make my kiddos some creamsicles (orange

juice/yoghurt) but am wondering if they will be beneficial as a

poibotic in that form.

Much of the probiotic effect is lost if the yogurt is frozen. All of

the bacteria are killed if you cook with the yogurt.
