stomach acidity and enzyme activity allowing bad gut flora,

particularly yeast to get away for some reason

half the problem with milk is its drunk cold

i have posted this before so you obviously don't believe me, i can

also be like that and the only way to sort things out is to

experiment and see if you can pick an effect.

So it is not good to eat popsicle s with milk in it,because it will

encourage yeast? If I just make fruit with honey or sacchrin,what does the

gelatin do?

Gelatin adds body to the popcicles, plus it's nutritious and helps heal the gut.

Pureed

bananas, white beans, or winter squash would also make the popcicles creamier.

Frozen

foods numb the taste buds, so you need to make the popcicle liquid sweeter than

you

want the finished popcicles to taste. Because of this numbing quality, popcicles

are even

better than smoothies for introducing ( " sneaking in " ?) small amounts of other

foods.

gelatnin inhibits the dpp-iv enzyme in these stomach so if i drink a

high collagen/gelatin broth i sometimes take a houstonni pep

afterwards which has dpp-iv in

i wouldn't overdo the gelatin
