serve? Grammy B is a true angel that watches over us. Thank God

she keeps most of us on the right track....and healing the way that

Please stop. Its obvious by 's smiley face, the tone was friendly. Grammy B

watches over all of us. As the word " only " is exclusionary, made a

friendly suggestion. It does not denote lack of respect to our " Grammy Angel "

nor to this SCD list. Everyone on this list is doing SCD or thinking about

starting SCD. Drop it.
