Hi-

I've never made these specifically for the diet (great idea, though),

but have grilled portobello mushrooms like burgers after marinating

them in this mixture:

1/4 cup water

1 tsp. chicken seasoning(SCD?)

1tsp olive oil

2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 t. dried thyme

1/4 t. salt

Let sit in marinade for 30 minutes (turn several times) and then heat

in a skillet until tender.
