I'm so sorry to hear your daughters recent problems. I can't talk on experience about what you are going through, so I can only offer support. Don't think you are doing wrong because you have to work. Remember you are working to give her what she wants as well. Don't ever feel guilty for doing what is best for your family. I have been on both ends of that story, so this is something I can speak from experience on.

Best wishes, you are in my prayers

I don't think anyone is ever accepting of it. I almost lost my child a

couple of years ago and was told to prepare for the worst and like you

was blessed with time. I know the time will come too when it will hit

me and everytime someone here looses a child we are all forced to face

our own futures and the futures of our own children. It is difficult. I

don't want to say don't think about it but value every day as you

already do. never regret. If you have to work, then work. Don't

question yourself. There is no right or wrong. Everyone has there own

story to write. We all love our children. All of our hearts are filled

with joy and sadness. I know this didn't help. I just wanted you to

know you are not alone.

Hi,

In BTVC, Elaine writes that around the 2 or 3 month mark of SCD there

may be a relapse, but don't be discouraged, etc... Do any of the

veterans recall Elaine ever elaborating on that, as to why or whether

she meant a relapse in behaviors, or diarrhea? We're 2.5 months in and

we're seeing some pretty " discouraging " yeasty behavior at the moment

out of nowhere. Thanks.

We too had this problem recently. Around ten weeks into the plan. We

went back to the bland intro for three days. No juice, less honey and

less fruit. All signs of thrush vanished with this alone. The second

die off was not even close to as bad as the first and it last much

less time. Remember to use the Activated Charocaol and hour before

and after meals if signs of die off are too much. Behavior and loose

stools vanished and went back to normal faster this time, thank God.
