well....now...i havent thought of a mini trip to florida to melt my

fat away..haha....success today...I SWALLOWED MY ONE SOURCE VITAMIN!!

yipppppppppppie!! and yes...i down the carafate right outta the

bottle..haha...as for the actigal..havent started it yet but have

it ....my stab wounds.lol....are healing nicely i guess<<never been

stabbed before>>>,,,, vitamin e is my lotion du jour....i will have a

baked potato tonight...yummmmmmmm...well maybe 3 bites

anyway..hehe...mushed up real good and chewed a zillion times for the

swallow..haha....welllll....25 lbs.eh? dang...u jumped ahead a me..i

better hit the sauna..haha...take care...and all you other
