Not sure if there's a recipe in BTVC or not, but here is one recipe Egg Drop Soup Yield: 4 Servings 5 c Chicken stock 2 c Shredded cooked chicken (optional) 2 Eggs Salt and pepper to taste Add chicken to stock. Beat eggs slightly with a bit of salt and pepper. Stir soup well. Pour beaten eggs slowly and steadily into soup, stirring constantly so that eggs remain in shreds.
