my daughter is allergic to almonds and peanuts. We do not give her any

nuts. She can have pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Also is allergic

to eggs, but can have some in a cooked item (like a cake, etc.)

Is it possible to follow this diet with those restrictions?

Thanks,

Tamara

Yes, it is possible. Are these anaphylactic reaction type allergies? Or just

sensitivities?

There are nut-free and egg-free recipes on the www.pecanbread.com website, I

believe.

Yes it is possible but postpone your tolerated seeds until a little later in the

game. Also

sometimes food sensitivities are not true allergies and the offending foods may

be

tolerated at a later date.
