Guest guest
my daughter is allergic to almonds and peanuts. We do not give her any nuts. She can have pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Also is allergic to eggs, but can have some in a cooked item (like a cake, etc.) Is it possible to follow this diet with those restrictions? Thanks, Tamara

Also sometimes food sensitivities are not true allergies and the offending foods may be tolerated at a later date. Carol F.
