Hi Ranee,

In a week or so you will receive a copy of the letter Dr R sends out to your

ins co. That is how I knew they got Chris' form. Then for me, when I DID

NOT get that copy, I knew that something was WRONG with my form. I called

and found out it wasn't received in full, but only in part! So, Debbie took

the rest of the info on the phone and submitted the ins letter.

(Unfortunately Cigna did not receive the first one, putting me even further

behind!)

Friends, do not try and send your form before it is complete, and do not try

and submit a second form. According to Debbie, only the very first form will

be received, and that includes partially filled out forms! In my case, I had

hit the " enter " key and that automatically sent the part that was done to

that point, but I did not know it. Hope this helps--it can be confusing!

Ranee,

Some people receive a copy of the info that Dr. R sends to your insurance

company off the patient info you emailed to them. I didn't get anything and I

sat and waited about 3 weeks before I emailed Debbie at the office to ask for

confirmation that they had received it. They had, but if I hadn't asked I

would never have known. I f you don't get something in the mail from Dr. R's

office within a week, I'd call or email to make sure they did get it. hope

this helps and doesn't make you more nervous!!!!!!

Hi Ranee, When I filed my online info form, I got an email of the

letter they sent to the insurance I believe the very next day and

then by snail mail a week later. If you don't get a email tommorrow I

would email Debbie to check it out.

Hope that helps
