Holly and Ranee - insurance letters

Hi,

I can see why it would be confusing to get all the emails back

of copies of the insurance letter, but consider yourself blessed. I

did my patient form in full on the 22nd and it got lost in cyber

space even though I got back a form confirmation, so I did it again

on the 30th and got confirmation from Debbie that they got it. Thank

God! Nobody wants to fill that baby out 3 times. But still no

insurance letter at all. Maybe one of you got mine:)

Laurie..

Maybe you should call and check on it or if you don't want to

bother Dr R's office then call your ins company and see if they received a

letter. It was my understanding that you always got a copy emailed to you

and had an answer in like a week.

I hope you kept a copy--if not (which I didn't--I just didn't think

to

print it out before I hit the send key) then you'll have to fill it

out a 3rd time when you get to clinic!

Hint--for anyone who hasn't filled out the internet form yet, make

sure and print it out before you send it!
