I have a hard time believing cottage cheese in very small quantities would be a problem. (BUT hey, this is NOT medical advice! LOL) Safe journey, MGB 03 MAY 00 Safely on the other side!!!! Guest guest
I ate watermelon at about two weeks. I just mostly sucked on it and spit out the pulp. I was ssssssoooooooo thirsty that it was the only thing that would quench my thirst. Genz made me eat it....Genz lived on watermelon with salt. LOL. And it worked really well. Glad you love me anyway. But I was disappointed not to meet you...hope you're coming in Sept. Guest guest
I ate cottage cheese in my second week. It filled me up quickly. I got the low fat Breakstones that comes in a four pack, red container, and it's pretty smooth, not lumpy like some. Trish told me about it. flo > ** Original Subject: RE: PROTIEN > ** > ** Original Date: Thu, 03 Aug 2000 11:00:41 -0400 > ** Original Message follows... > > In a message dated 8/3/00 10:31:54 AM Eastern Daylight Time, > MCypher31@... writes: > > > Hey did you say I can have cottage cheese in the 1st 2 > > weeks?????? hmmmmm heart racing gettin excited! margie :0) > I was a little farther along, I guess, but Dr. R SAID yougurt was ok. Guest guest
Margie, Put salt on your cottage cheese. The salt helps with fatigue.
