Relax Margie. Just eat

what you can and don't worry about the rest.

Yogurt has protein in it and cottage cheese, both are easy to eat. It is

better than nothing.

I was a little farther along, I guess, but Dr. R SAID yougurt was ok. I have

a hard time believing cottage cheese in very small quantities would be a

problem. (BUT hey, this is NOT medical advice! LOL)

I ate watermelon at about two weeks. I just mostly sucked on it and spit out the

pulp. I was

ssssssoooooooo thirsty that it was the only thing that would quench my thirst.

Genz made me

eat it....Genz lived on watermelon with salt. LOL. And it worked really well.

Glad you love me anyway. But I was disappointed not to meet you...hope you're

coming in

Sept.

I ate cottage cheese in my second week. It filled me up quickly. I got the low

fat Breakstones

that comes in a four pack, red container, and it's pretty smooth, not lumpy like

some. Trish

told me about it.

Margie,

Put salt on your cottage cheese. The salt helps with fatigue.

Love,
