Allan and Wolfgang Lutz. He says to limit your carbs to 6 points per day. I don't count the veget's or nuts that I eat. But I do count the fruit. Most pieces of fruit are 1 point. However. bananas are two points and grapes are higher too. For raisins, take the carb content on the label and divide it by 12. That will tell you how many points it is. Basically one point is approximately 12 grams. SCD did not work for me until I limited my carbs. I do not drink juice because it is very high in carbs.
