Hey, Tina! Do you mind sharing the name of your insurance co? I am finishing my

appeal letter today and my PCP said it would really help if I have names and

I just found out yesterday that im already approved and they will pay 100

percent if DR.Rs office faxes a letter stating he is the only person that

does this procedure..

now Im really looking forward to my pap(lol ha ha ha), and my physical on the

9th. after those results I can send in my packet,, Does anybody know how long

it takes for Dr.R to approve you after your packet arrives?
