Hi everybody,

Thanks ever so for all the responses to my question about the patient

info, and whether or not Dr. R.'s office let's you know when they get

it. They did! I got an email today of the letter they are sending

the insurance company. You guys have been so great to answer

questions and be supportive. I wish I could meet each and every one
