Yellow liquid on top of yogurt

Hi...I have been making goat yogurt for my daughter for about 6 months

but the last 2 tries have been a flop. I have looked at the yogurt at

about the 20 hour mark and there is a LOT of yellow liquid at the

top. I threw the last batch away...this is the 2nd try. Does anyone

have any ideas what I am doing wrong? I am cooking the milk at about

180 degrees for about 2 minutes then letting it cool to about 90

degrees. The water in the yogurt maker seems really hot, could this be

the problem? ~Thanks, Jill
