I just wanted you to know, in case you didn't already. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/

Guest guest
" Any way to get it to thicken without freezing? " You can drip it to get anything thickness you like, all the way to cream cheese. They are special dripping bags or you can just line a colander with a coffee filter, place the colander over a bowl, pour the yogurt into the coffee filter, cover the top of the colander with a plate and let the yogurt drip until you get the consistency that you like. Guest guest
Jodi-I thought that freezing killed some but heating killed all. I was under the impression that there was still a decent amount of beneficial bacteria if frozen. Though someone said that when I fist joined. That's a bummer if that's the case.
