Quick survey

Here are our answers from the Bunce Family, did SCD because of Celiac Disease

and ASD related problems.

I am more than glad for you to respond to my email address to keep the

traffic off this list. I send in a summary of the results in a few

days.

1) How long was intro diet done? We did it for over a week...very sick with

Celiac Disease

2) Was die-off experienced? Oh yes, felt like the flue from h***!

3) How long from the beginning of the diet

until the first symptoms of die-off? On day three it hit!

4) How long did ill effects from die-off last? About two weeks of a roller

coaster....feeling good and then bad

5) What symptoms were experienced from die-off? Answering for entire family:

Irritability, STRONG sugar cravings, joint aches, back ache, muscle aches, dizzy

spells, stomach ache, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, all and all not feeling

well.

1) How long was intro diet done? 3-4 days (can’t remember exactly)

2) Was die-off experienced? YES

3) How long from the beginning of the diet

until the first symptoms of die-off? Almost immediately

4) How long did ill effects from die-off last? Severe effects lasted

through intro (about 4 days) and my children still have sandy bms ( 1 ½

months)

5) What symptoms were experienced from die-off? Extremely irritable and

constant tantrums, sandy poop, rashes
