hi, we havent started on the chicken soup either, we will probably

come back to it but neither boys were going to give that a go, we are

doing stage one

i blend all the veg - chicken tots on the pecanbread recipies section

have gone down a storm using green beans and zuchinni, - i take the

garlic out for the little one and use thyme instead, i make cottage

pie - simmering the mince, with a bit of mint, add an egg to thicken,

make the topping out of blended carrot, and courgette. banana

pancakes, 'ice-cream', make plenty of soups, add in an egg or 2 to

give extra protein, i also add in an apple and pear to the soups, they

aweeten them a little plus my eldest refuses to eat cooked fruit so

its a great way to get cooked fruit into him - they never notice!!

meatballs - mince, an egg and some cooked veg taste good too and

things are going great - it may take us staying a little longer on

stage 1 than we may have done if wed done the intro, - but basically

wed have just fasted for 2 days. and this is the best compromise we

can come up with.
