Guest guest
Well, Jody, she doesn't eat a lot. When the yogart is available she eats it 3-4 times a day. Today she had about 1/4 waffle with honey and peanut butter and orange juice for breakfast, a hard boiled egg mid morning, an egg for lunch, ginger bread bars for afternoon snack, hamburger w/ cheese and ketchup for supper. This is pretty normal. She doesn't eat any fruit or veggies. She did eat 1/4 pealed apple last week and I though that we may have had a break through but won't tough any since. This is why I really did like having the yogart in her diet but I would like to know what the tummy ache is all about. Guest guest
I'd start juicing veggies and getting her to drink them or I'd start hiding them in her meats. I know, I'm a broken record, but I think veggies are very important. Loads of nutrients in them. From what you wrote, nothing stands out. Guest guest
I have tried hiding veggies in the burger and she always detects them and will no longer eat it. A couple of times I had an aweful time convincing her that the next meals of burger were plain. I had not thought about juicing though. She is very sensitive here also as in the past if I bought OJ with any pulp she would not drink it but I could possibly strain it. I agree that the veggies are important but I think I have just about given up in this area with her. This has been a battle we have fought since she walked into our home at 18 months. I will give the juice a try.
