Why I'm Not on Message Boards Much Anymore...

I pride myself on making as much information as possible available to

parents. There are very few companies that have the

CEO/owner/scientist actually talk to customers. I can be contacted by

phone, email, fax, or snail mail and will try my best to answer questions.

However, I find that message boards (none specifically, but in

general) are sometimes not the most efficient means of communication.

This was not the case several years ago, but with moderators often

controlling the flow of information, and strong personalities

dominating message threads, it often becomes not a source of

information, but a place of exercising control. Sometimes this

control is necessary, but it can often be used vindictively, as when

someone has an axe to grind.

I tire of the snide wordings of replies which try to send a hidden

message, often under the guise of " helping " or " clarifying " .

We are re-vamping our website and are considering incorporating a

means of customer communication that will give information without the

above-listed disadvantages. Until then, PLEASE feel free to contact

You knew Elaine, You taled to her, you may have even argued with

her. IF you read her chapter on Autism you know that all these kids

are healing from INJURED GUTS! It is not a coincidence that Our

little KIKI has autism...and was FIRST DIAGNOSED with CELIAC and

errosive colitis!!!! God knows how many kids have damaged guts with

autism....Elaine would have guessed 100% of them! You couln't have

missed this in your conversations with her.

You see...just like Elaine said, none of us should be using

protesase...this would cost you, since you are selling much of your

products to the AUTISIC COMMUNITY.

Maybe you should make Lipase and Lactase Pure....for us doing the

SCDiet...I would have bought those from you, if you had them

availiable.

Plus I would appreaciate in the future that your post or to me

personaly. This was little " chicken ****! "

All I wish to add is Houston enzymes are wonderful . I have tried many and

always end right back to Houstons..My kids respond so well to them.. I wish to

thanks the founder and scientist for taking the time to make this enzymes

available.. reasonably priced.....and with discount opportunity also for making

variations to meets individuals needs of the people..... " hehe ok stepping off

my box now..wink ;-) "
