The store I've been getting this in said that it's been discontinued. Do you

have a source? They're trying to find something similar because it was pretty

popular here.

Jody, is this cheese strong? The one time I bought goat cheese I

ended throwing it out as NO ONE would eat it.

For goat cheese, yes it is mild.

I find that sheep cheese is pretty mild as well.

My favorite is goat gouda, but it's around $13 a pound here, so we

don't buy it very often.

We bought a goat cheese parmesan at a local gourmet shop. It was

delicious and not goaty at all, tasted just like good quality cow's milk

parmesan to me. I didn't know you could get cheddar.
