Hi all--

I wanted to pass along some temperatures from my new candy thermometer--this

has been so helpful for me...

soft ball--240F

hard ball--260F

soft crack--275-280F

hard crack--300F

thread--230F

deep pry--375F

I hope this is useful--I look forward to being active again on the list in a

few weeks when some deadlines have passed.

By the way, a big thanks to Carol for posting the Easter Candy recipe--my

son (the pickiest child on the planet) loves it.
