Guest guest
" Hi, When you say No Dairy do you mean NO EGGS also? I still feed Montana eggs but no other dairy. " I'm not quite sure why some people consider eggs to be dairy... other than perhaps they are oftentimes sold near or in the dairy cases at the grocery store. Mammals give milk. Milk products are dairy products. Eggs are from chickens and they are not dairy products. So, when I refer to " dairy " , I am refering to cheese, butter or cow/goat yogurt. Guest guest
> This is so true in our case (that milk/dairy sensitivity can cause ear > infections...at least dairy with lactose anyway) The dairy permitted on SCD is almost entirely lactose free. Incubating yogurt ourselves allows time for starter bacteria to consume the lactose. Cheeses aged over 30 days, listed as legal are similar. DCCC does not have lactose. Eggs are not considered dairy.
