Guest guest
Dear Jody, and to all who may know, Red wine vinegar is the one I tried....now it is at the neighbors. So maybe I should try apple vinegar? When yeast are " aggravated " ...do you become spacey and nauseas? Because this is what happened to me? Or is this allergy? What do you guys think? When yeast are " aggravated " ...do you become spacey and nauseas? Because this is what happened to me? Or is this allergy? What do you guys think? This is interesting. I've been having trouble with home made salad dressing for awhile now. Store bought isn't a problem but I can't eat the store bought now that I'm on the SCD and every time I make my own I get stomach aches. I had thought it was the oil but reading this I'm wondering if it was the vinegar? I like vinegar so use a lot and maybe it's too much. Sometimes I eat cukes with just vinegar, but haven't been able to do that for quite awhile because of the stomach aches. What exactly is the problem with vinegar? I'm not understanding why apple cider vinegar would be any better, but I have some I can try. Any dressing recipes with apple cider vinegar? CC SCD, uh, 4 weeks? (forgot to mark my first day)

Even the smell of viinegar used in household cleaning is intolerable. I just use olive oil or SCD mayo ( which I make with lemon juice) It is probably a sulfite sensitivity. Carol F.
