Can this recipe be converted? Easter Bread

This bread is part of our traditonal Easter breakfast we will be having

with family. Can someone with good converting skills look this over and

tell me if you think it can be made SCD legal. I have almond flour and

plenty of almonds to make almond milk. Will they work like 'real' flour

and milk. Honey instead of sugar. The baking powder stumps me since SCD

is only soda. Of course I can just jazz up an SCD bread recipe but

wondered if this one could be done.

Easter Bread

1 egg

1 tsp salt

3 1/2 cups flour

4 1/2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup raisins

Lemon zest

Spread in buttered bread pans and brush with egg

Mix together-Bake @ 350 degrees about 1 hour and 15 minutes
