Guest guest
, Try this I slow cooked boneless ribs all day I the crock pot then I tossed them on the grill just for a few minutes. They just melted in my mouth, Man I was bummed I could only eat a few bites. I too do not have the same pleasure eating meats. But these were so yummy mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I can have a few more bites in a couple of hours. LOL Trisha
Guest guest
After keeping track of my food intake for the past six weeks on dietwatch.com, I have an excellent idea of how many calories, carbs, fat, saturated fat, cholesteral, protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron I get from my normal food every day. I'm losing two pounds a week and I average 723 calories a day. I'm eating what I want for that 723 calories, too. I'm not dieting or telling myself I can't have this or that. Now, figuring one pound equals 3500 calories (or 3700, depending on who's telling it, I guess), then I am eating 7000 calories too few each week (weight loss of 2 pounds x 3500), meaning I'm short 1000 calories a day (7000 total / 7). This is while I've been *sedentary,* too. I haven't gotten moved yet and haven't started going to the gym. That means that when I stop losing weight, I should be able to eat about 1700 calories a day. Right now, I can't imagine eating that much. I can't believe I said that. Guest guest
Gee , Seeing that we only absorb about 2/3 or less of the calories we eat that means you/we could eat about 2300 calories a day. Almost makes me want to barf just thinking about trying to eat that much. I sure wouldn't have said that 4 months ago.
