I have previous posted this cookie recipe. My kids and husband love it. They

are nice and chewy, almost like candy. Hope you enjoy it! Eileen Brown

2 cups of cashew flour

4 cups of brazil nut flour

2 eggs beaten

1 cup of honey

2 tsp of vanilla

2 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil

1/8 tsp of salt

1 tsp of baking soda

bake 20 -25 minutes at 325 degrees
