I just want to add that my neighbor freezes those Go-Gurts (drinkable yogurt). She says they are really good that way, her kids even love them! Guest guest Posted July 27, 2000 Report Share Posted July 27, 2000 hi!! i am back in colorado....had the mgb on 7/19... the most exciting part of my journey was making wonderful lifelong friends...i truly feel they will be part of my life forever!! the fairfield inn was buzzing with mgb'ers and their families...the cracker barrel is getting the routine down with the soup, juice, water, and extra glass for mixing..lol.............oh i guess u might be interested in how i am doing...well...i feel great..in fact if i wouldnt have had the staples to prove i had something done i would never have known that i actually had the mgb! 10 lbs and shrinking! i am staying with the liquid diet as long as i can. i really like the 3 oz drinkable yogurt to me its like a lil miniature smoothy!! i am venturing out with different soup broths and juices...sugarfree popsicles are a treat as well!! i have cooked for my family but have not been tempted to eat..lol...so far! would love to hear from all of you..if you would like to email me privately..my email is masp99@...' happy feet!! mary!!
