Way to go ! I am so glad everything is going well for you! I just want

to add that my neighbor freezes those Go-Gurts (drinkable yogurt). She says

they are really good that way, her kids even love them! I haven't tried it

yet, but plan to when I get back home. See you on the other side soon!

hi!! i am back in colorado....had the mgb on 7/19... the most

exciting part of my journey was making wonderful lifelong friends...i

truly feel they will be part of my life forever!! the fairfield inn

was buzzing with mgb'ers and their families...the cracker barrel is

getting the routine down with the soup, juice, water, and extra glass

for mixing..lol.............oh i guess u might be interested in how i

am doing...well...i feel great..in fact if i wouldnt have had the

staples to prove i had something done i would never have known that i

actually had the mgb! 10 lbs and shrinking! i am staying with the

liquid diet as long as i can. i really like the 3 oz drinkable

yogurt to me its like a lil miniature smoothy!! i am venturing out

with different soup broths and juices...sugarfree popsicles are a

treat as well!! i have cooked for my family but have not been

tempted to eat..lol...so far! would love to hear from all of you..if

you would like to email me privately..my email is

masp99@...' happy feet!! mary!!
