trying to make a cookie that will hold together well enough to send to

school, but all the ones that I've tried crumble so bad, there is no

way I

can use them to send. "

I make the Cut Out Cookies recipe listed at the pecanbread website. I believe

it is listed under eggless recipes. I use 1/2 cup of honey instead of 1/3. I

only bake mine for 17 minutes. They are great.
