If you have a BMI of 40 or above, you don't have to have comorbities.

They are yanking your chain. Also, perhaps you forgot to mention the

pain in your back, ankles and knees, and shortness of breath on

exertion, which are also comorbities that nearly all of us have (had

before surgery, anyway).
