Hi Randi,

Well, the nut flours aren't supposed to come into the diet until after about 3

months. However, if you intend to skip that little detail . . . my vote is for

organic. Organic is always the better option. And you are supposed to grind

your own nuts for the first 3 weeks of use . . . not a big deal even though it

sounds like one. We just ground them in our food processor, and they were good!

Organic Nut Flour

Hi. We are planning on starting the SCD diet for our 3 year old son.

We are starting to look into recipes and many of them call for nut

flours. The only place I found to get them is the digestive wellness

website or to make them myself. Do many of you only use organic nuts

or are natural raw nuts ok? Also, does anyone have some good muffin

recipes?

Thanks,

:) Randi
