French Cream/how to fix it.

I made some French Cream this week thinking I would use it for some

kind of dessert for Easter. I tasted of it and it is good but not

something that I would just put on Strawberries.

Should I put a little honey and vanilla in it. Is there a special

dessert that might use it that someone knows?

We are going to have 8-12 people here and would like to be able to do

whatever on Sat.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

I'd definitely add honey to it. And maybe a small bit of vanilla.

I am going to do something similar for Easter. Dripped goat yogurt,

whipped with honey and vanilla to make a mock whipped cream to put on

top of the dessert I'm making.
