Guest guest Posted April 13, 2006 Report Share Posted April 13, 2006 I made some French Cream this week thinking I would use it for some kind of dessert for Easter. I tasted of it and it is good but not something that I would just put on Strawberries. Should I put a little honey and vanilla in it. Is there a special dessert that might use it that someone knows? We are going to have 8-12 people here and would like to be able to do whatever on Sat. Would appreciate any suggestions. Sandy M. Guest guest Posted April 13, 2006 Report Share Posted April 13, 2006 I'd definitely add honey to it. And maybe a small bit of vanilla. I am going to do something similar for Easter. Dripped goat yogurt, whipped with honey and vanilla to make a mock whipped cream to put on top of the dessert I'm making.
